How to Claim Warranty

  1. Identify the Issue

    Verify that the problem is covered under warranty (manufacturing defect or malfunction). Note: Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  2. Contact Support

  3. Visit Nearby Repair Center

    Take the product to an authorized or nearby repair center. Get the issue diagnosed and repaired. Ensure you obtain a detailed repair bill/invoice with breakdown of costs.

  4. Submit Claim Details

    Share the repair bill, photos of the product (before/after repair), original purchase invoice, and bank account details with our support team via email or our online claim portal.

  5. Receive Reimbursement

    Upon verification, the repair costs will be reimbursed directly to your bank account within 24 hours. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Important Notes

Warranty period starts from the date of delivery. Keep your original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are covered by us. For any questions, contact our support team available 9 AM - 9 PM daily.
